Brian Rowe of the West Fork Volunteer Fire Department in West Fork, ME has died as the result of an on-duty incident that occurred on 2010-03-05
Fire Chief Rowe suffered a heart attack and died while en route to a rescue call involving a fatal snowmobile accident. The West Forks Fire and Rescue emergency medical personnel who had been at the snowmobile accident came to Rowe's aid and performed lifesaving measures, but Rowe succumbed to his injury.
